By Purchasing plants you are agreeing to having read and understood these terms and conditions.
Plants can only be sent to Mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland due to plant permit regulations).
On the individual advert for each plant I have stated which postal service I would recommend for that plant. Please take this into account when selecting postage method at the end. If you wish to use signed for delivery please ensure someone is in to receive the parcel. I cannot be held responsible for loss of plants due to no one being in to receive the package. If you are worried about plants getting lost in the post please select signed for delivery but make sure someone is in to take delivery of the parcel.
Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday may not be dispatched till the following Monday. This is to prevent plants sitting in the post office over the weekend.
Transactions that have been cancelled or had a cancellation request will be fully refunded as long as the plants have not already been dispatched.
All plants are sold potted up unless stated otherwise on plant advert.
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. This is normally as soon as possible and can be as soon as the next day.
I take great pride in the packaging of my plants to ensure they arrive with you in the best possible condition. However, postage for plants is stressful and most will sulk for a period of time after postage. Nepenthes can drop all there pitchers and slow growth down until they acclimate to the new conditions. Venus Fly Traps can lose traps and look poor for weeks after transit. Sarracenia Pitchers may be damaged in transit. Drosera and Pinguicula can lose all of there stickiness for weeks until they acclimatise. Helaimphora have very delicate pitchers that may be damaged. This is to be expected from any plants you buy that arrive by post. However, my packaging is always done to avoid as much of this as possible.
Please send me an email if you have any queries or problems with your order. I am always happy to help and resolve any issues.
I am not responsible for any overly rough handling by postal staff or damage during shipping, however, I wrap my plants very well so they should be fine.
Research should always be done before buying any carnivorous plants. I have done my best to provide detailed plant care guides. I can provide you with a healthy plant however, I cant be responsible for keeping it alive in the subsequent weeks. If your struggling to know how to care for them I am happy to try and help via email.
